Wieiad intuitively 6/22/24
Starting no calorie counting today and just ate what I like/had/wanted, so here’s me counting the cals at the end of the day!
I’ve been restrictive dieting for 4+ YEARS and yo-yoing between my ideal weight and bmi 25.5 for the last 2, getting into a binge/restrict cycle, trying fasting, diff diets, etc…
So, now we’re trying just healthy lifestyle changes.., 1288!




































































































































































so proud of you, keep increasing a little bit until you’re at your maintenance and stay their for awhile so your body can produce a higher metabolism and then if you’re not at your goal you can go back down for a little while but only cut 200-300 cals from maintenance so you’re still eating 💓
