my equestrian opinions pt. 3 💗
When it comes to equestrian training, understanding your horse's behavior is crucial. Effective communication with your horse primarily relies on your seat and gentle hand contact, rather than relying on forceful methods. It's vital to remember that no matter how skilled you become, there will always be someone riding at a higher level than you, so humility is key. For beginners, the learning curve can be steep. It's advisable not to jump into horse ownership without adequate experience; a minimum of a year's riding experience is recommended before considering ownership. This preparation helps ensure that both horse and rider develop a safe and enjoyable partnership. Furthermore, incorporating patience in training and acknowledging the progress of both you and your horse can lead to a more rewarding equestrian experience. Engaging with the equestrian community through forums and discussions can also provide new insights and techniques, enhancing your riding journey significantly.

Yesss!! I completely agree!! I have been with horses since I was 8 (4 years now) the person we trusted gave me a make-a-wish horse that was used and had practically no training and we sold him for 4000 and she paid 6000! Now I have my heart horse! ❤️
