Ingredients:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 onion, chopped

1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 cups cooked rice

Instructions:
