Steak Diane🍝🥘. It's a classic French dish made with thinly sliced beef that is quickly seared and then simmered in a rich and flavorful sauce.

Ingredients:

1 pound beef tenderloin, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup shallots, minced

1/4 cup dry sherry

1/4 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1.Season beef slices with salt and pepper.

2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned on both sides.

3.Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

4.Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

5.Stir in sherry and cook until almost evaporated.

6.Add beef broth, Dijon mustard, and beef slices back to the skillet.

7.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

8.Stir in parsley.

9.Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as rice, potatoes, or pasta.
