Day 2 of 75 hard my version

Happy Sunday; Day 2 is in the books! Yesterday I shared I was starting 75 hard but my own version of it and shared one way that I was making it my own and I’m going to share another way. I’m making it my own. Another way I’m making my version of 75 Hard. My way is with the reading. I am reading whatever book I want non-fiction or fictional majority of my books will be fictional and just because that what I prefer to read, I’ve tried reading nonfiction books and it’s just not for me. Other than that I had great workouts for day 2; took the pup on a walk for the first one and for part of the second one; then I finished out workout number 2 with 15 minutes on the stair master and some mobility work!

This was challenging. We had to go back a day or two a few times for missing the gym, but we finished. I lost 8 lbs. Body fat went from 40% to 38%. I won’t do this challenge more than once a year, but seeing my results has me locked in for 3x a week minimum. I learned something big: some people
