That tastes extraordinary, deep, deep, deep, every dish! 🤤
Today I tried 4 great menus. I can say I was very impressed:
• Fresh Shrimp Corn Pounding: Sweet Corn is mixed with whole flavored orange juice, sour, sweet, salty, spicy, good energy. Highlights are big fresh shrimp, bouncy meat, fighting a lot of teeth, sprinkling peanuts in a cork, chewing a lot of fun. 🌽🦐
• Fresh Salmon Yum: This Menu Salmon Line Must Bow! Chunky Slices of Salmon Meat Beautiful Fresh Orange Beautiful Fat Pattern Inserts Good Spicy Yum Juice Mug Mun Duet with Shallots and Limes is Very Finish 🍣
• Salted Egg Stir-Fried Octopus: Cut the spiciness with this menu. Intense Salted Egg Sauce, Nua, Very Tongue, Stir-Fuzed with Fresh Octopus Coating, Chewy Texture. Arrange the dish and carve the carrots into beautiful flower shapes.
• Nam Nam Nam Nam Kettle: Hot Nam, Intense Broth Body, Fragrance, Full-fledged Bergamot Leaf Lemongrass Kettle, Add Squid, Fish Meatballs, and Mushrooms, Come Tight Bowl, 🍲 Spicy Sauté, and Come to Nam Boiled Water, Yum is the best!

ถ้าคุณมาเที่ยวสุโขทัยหรือผ่านแถวศรีสัชนาลัย แล้วกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารที่มีรสชาติจัดจ้านครบเครื่องเรื่องส้มตำและยำ ขอแนะนำให้ลองแวะร้านแซ่บลีลาวดีที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องความแซ่บและรสชาติที่เข้มข้นทุกจาน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ไปร้านนี้ เมนูที่ประทับใจมากคือ "ตำข้าวโพดกุ้งสด" ที่ข้าวโพดหวานกรอบผสมผสานกับน้ำส้มตำสูตรพิเศษ รสเปรี้ยวหวานเค็มเผ็ดอย่างลงตัว และกุ้งสดตัวใหญ่เนื้อแน่น ทำให้การกินตำข้าวโพดดูมีมิติและเพิ่มความฟิน นอกจากนี้ เมนู "ยำแซลมอนสด" ก็เป็นความแปลกใหม่ที่รวมน้ำยำรสจัดกับเนื้อปลาแซลมอนสดสีส้มสดใส หอมกลิ่นมะนาวสดกับหอมแดง เคี้ยวแล้วได้รสชาติเปรี้ยวเผ็ดนัวๆ ที่สมดุล ไม่แค่เผ็ดอย่างเดียว ร้านยังมีเมนู "ปลาหมึกผัดไข่เค็ม" ที่ซอสไข่เค็มเคลือบตัวปลาหมึกอย่างดี รสชาติหนักแน่นกลมกล่อม ตัวปลาหมึกยังคงความหนึบเนียน สะท้อนความพิถีพิถันของเชฟที่ใส่ใจวัตถุดิบ สำหรับคนที่ชอบซดน้ำร้อนๆ เมนู "ต้มยำทะเลน้ำข้น" คือนิยามของความเข้มข้น น้ำซุปหอมกรุ่นกลิ่นสมุนไพรอย่างข่า ตะไคร้ และใบมะกรูด นัวมาก ใส่ปลาหมึก ลูกชิ้นปลา เห็ดสดเต็มชาม ทำให้ต้มยำถ้วยนี้กลมกล่อมถึงใจไม่แพ้เมนูอื่นๆ บรรยากาศร้านเหมาะสำหรับถ่ายรูปอาหาร เพราะทางร้านใช้จานชามสะอาดและเลย์เอาต์โต๊ะไม้ธรรมชาติ ให้ความรู้สึกเรียบง่ายแต่มีเสน่ห์ ผสมผสานบรรยากาศแบบโลคอลที่ทำให้ร้านนี้เป็นที่นิยมของทั้งคนในพื้นที่และนักท่องเที่ยว โดยรวม รสชาติและคุณภาพอาหารถือว่าเกินคุ้ม ทั้งปริมาณและความสด ทำให้รู้สึกว่าคุ้มค่าทุกบาททุกสตางค์ และถ้าคุณกำลังมาเที่ยวสุโขทัย ห้ามพลาดร้านแซ่บลีลาวดี เพราะนี่คือร้านอาหารรสจัดที่น่าลองและจะทำให้คุณประทับใจในรสชาติแบบเหนือคำบรรยายจริงๆ
