Not a disaster at all!!! Don’t beat yourself up too hard. Changing your lifestyle to lose weight is never easy and progress is never linear. You’ve got this!!! Maybe look into some different swaps for your favorite snacks. My mom’s obsession is the jalapeño Cheetos, too! Maybe try the spicy queso pop corners chips for a similar taste but a lil better macros? And for chocolate maybe switch to a serving of chocolate chips or even see if you can find built bars (they’re my fave). Just know I’m rooting for you as I’m in a weightloss journey too! You’ve got this ❤️🥰❤️
