& How It Helps Me: Waking up early as truly helped my journey and fitness and mental health. It's boosted my confidence and made me feel like I have so much more to do throughout the day. Yes, it's hard at first but once you get in the habit, it's the best thing you can do for yourself

🪞Habit 2: Get ready!!!

& How It Helps Me: when you look good, you feel good and you'll carry that confident energy into every single room you walk in. Do your hair do your make up? Do what makes you feel confident and you'll have that vibe for the rest of your day.

🪞Habit 3: Eat breakfast!!!

How It Helps Me: I used to struggle a lot with my food consumption, whether it be binge eating or starving but now that l've created a healthy relationship with food, my biggest advice is to have a balanced and healthy breakfast first thing in the morning. It sets the tone for the day and it makes you feel so much more energized and happy.
