What I used:

Vegan meat (your choice)

Hamburger seasoning

1 cap of vinegar

2 cans crushed tomatoes

Italian seasoning, Himalayan salt, garlic & onion powder (to taste)

2-3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 diced red onion, 1 diced bell pepper

Spaghetti noodles

½ stick vegan butter

Vegan cheese (shredded)

Instructions:

1. Cook meat with hamburger seasoning, Himilayan salt, and vinegar.

2. In the same pan add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic, and onion powder. Stir in diced onion and bell pepper. Simmer.

3. Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain, then mix in vegan butter and garlic salt.

4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease deep dish pan with vegan butter. Layer sauce, noodles, and cheese. Repeat.

5. Add a final layer of cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 25-30 mins until cheese melts.
