Meal prep step by step!

Sundays are for meal prep and I don’t play about it around here 🙂‍↕️ This is part 1 of ‘how to meal prep like a pro’. In this video we’ll walk through one of my go to, easy recipes, cover materials you’re going to need + tips. So follow along. If you have questions, lmk in the comments.

Experimenting with cooking methods like roasting or air frying helps keep things interesting.
