Kadaifu style filling inside

· Dried vermicelli 20 ~ 30g

・ Pistachio paste tablespoon 2

Chocolate Bun Dough

A silken tofu 90g

A piece of egg

A tablespoon of rice flour

A 10 g of cocoa powder

A honey tablespoon

・ Baking powder 1 tsp

・ 2 teaspoons rice oil

[How to make]

① Finely cut the vermicelli with kitchen scissors. (About 1 cm)

② Dry-roast ① in a frying pan over low to medium heat without adding oil. (Until it turns brown)

③ Mix ② and pistachio paste.

④ Put the ingredients of A in a bowl, mix until smooth, then add baking powder and rice oil and mix again.

⑤ Pour half of the dough from ④ into the bowl, add the Kadaifu-style filling you made, and pour all the remaining dough.

⑥ Microwave at 600w for 2 and a half minutes to complete.
