These small changes not only improve gut function but also support my immune system and mood. Meal prepping has been a game-changer, allowing me to create balanced dishes ahead of time, avoiding last-minute unhealthy choices. Simple meals that combine lean proteins, like chicken or fish, with plenty of vegetables and a source of complex carbs help me stay full and satisfied.
