What I ate to lose 88 pounds.
I mention this a lot. I didn’t live off lettuce and veggies. I do love salads and veggies but I’m a foodie and I love everything else too!🥹 What made this weightloss journey successful was that I made foods I loved into healthier versions so I was able to stop weight without compromising taste

Idk why but I’ve always been so creative in the kitchen. I get these grand ideas and whip things up that my entire family gets addicted.
That’s why I created the wellness guide. I packed in all my easy/quick recipes like that you didn’t get bored eating the same ol things during your journey.
We’re human. Sometimes we want chips and guac or chips and salsa or taco Tuesday night or even pizza.. I didn’t have to get rid of any of those things to lose 88 pounds. I was loving life. I still am.
My hope for you is that I can inspire you love your journey and not feel miserable. You’re not going to stick to a routine that makes you feel miserable.
