What I ate to lose 88 pounds!

My main focus while losing weight was to maintain muscle mass while losing fat! It’s easier said then done but eating real food and making sure you eat the right amount of protein is vital.

after trying every single diet known to man threw out my 20s and becoming a professional yoyo dieter I knew I had to learn the right way to do things if I wanted to keep the weight off.

Thankfully. I cracked the code. Surpassed my “goal weight” and got into the best shape of my life at 30! It can be done friends! Your body thanks you when you give it the right fuel.

To save you time I put everything I learned into a wellness guide. It serves as a resource to save you time and help you not get frustrated trying things that aren’t sustainable or don’t work.
