I lost the fat & got in shape!

Things I didn’t do to get into the best shape of my life… STARVE.

You don’t need to starve/deprive yourself of food in order to lose weight guys. If you do you’ll just end up going off the rails one day and doing more harm than good!

I did the opposite. I learned about food, metabolism, cortisol, inflammation and the nutrients my body needed. I look like a new person.

I still ate the bread, pasta and dessert.

If you’ve been hoping around from fad diet to fat diet I feel your pain. I was there. But that needs to stop. You need a detox. You don’t need to live off juice. You don’t need to starve. You need nutrients.

You need protein , fats and carbs. All 3.

I learned so much throughout my 88 pound weightloss and I put it all in an ebook for you guys. I put down all my recipes. Even the drive thru orders when I was in a pickle lol. I put it all on the table. I read a lot of books and learned how the body works, what the body of a woman needs and what we shouldn’t do.

I got down to nutty gritty! I also have my before and afters all over my page which I can’t believe I grew the guts to share honestly!!!! But if I can help one person transform their life I’d be happy!
