I didn’t think I’d make it..

When I started my weight-loss journey I saw my goal so darn far that I thought it would be impossible to make it. If I have one piece of advice is stop looking at the goal as a whole. If you’re starting and just focusing on losing a big number then it’s easy to get discouraged. I focused on smaller increments until one day I looked back and realized I had lost almost 90 pounds. It’s insane.

I’m at my Highschool weight. Which is insane to me. I’ve falling in love with moving my body every day. I cook delicious meals and don’t miss out on things I love.

Get your health together friends! I promise it’s worth it!
