75 HARD, I didn’t think I could do it!
For months, I absolutely obsessed over this ridiculous, #75hard challenge. I’ve seen some of my associates do it, I’ve seen amazing transformations from it, but I just really felt like I didn’t have the confidence to start something like this and finish it. But GOD DID!! What started out as a plan to give up a few things for lent—I said let me double up and do both! It’s only been 17 days but I feel more confident than ever. I’ve decided to document my journey as an accountability thing & hopefully inspire others to give it a try 💛 #day17 #fitnessjourney #mentaltoughness #fit
The 75 HARD challenge, created by Andy Frisella, is a mental and physical test designed to improve your discipline and perseverance. It requires participants to adhere to a strict regimen for 75 consecutive days, including a daily workout, water intake, diet, and reading. Many who complete this program report significant changes in their physique and mindset. ### Benefits of 75 HARD: 1. **Increased Discipline**: Sticking to the plan forces individuals to develop self-discipline. 2. **Enhanced Physical Fitness**: Daily workouts result in improved health and physical appearance. 3. **Mental Toughness**: Overcoming obstacles during the challenge fosters resilience. 4. **Accountability**: Sharing progress with others can lead to a supportive community. As candidates progress through days like Day 1 and Day 17, they often share motivational quotes, progress photos, and personal revelations. Notably, maintaining a focus on mental growth, as highlighted in books like 'Think and Grow Rich' and 'The E-Myth Revisited,' often complements their physical journey. Participants frequently emphasize that the challenge isn’t just about fitness; it’s about transforming one’s mentality in the face of difficulties, which can influence other life areas positively. Tackling the 75 HARD challenge can truly spark a profound personal transformation, paving the way for those looking to push their limits.

Oh yeah I need to get on it.
