Teriyaki Steak Noodles

Ingredients measured with your heart

•Fettucine

•Veggies of choice: sliced and diced how you prefer

•Steak: thinly sliced

•Sauce:

-Teriyaki sauce

-Soy sauce

-Chili crisp oil

-Honey

-Minced garlic

Garnish:

-Sliced green onions

-Yum Yum sauce

-Chili crisp oil

Directions:

1.) Cook Fettucine according to package directions and slice steak.

2.) Mix ingredients of sauce.

3.) Let steak marinate for a few minutes in a spoonful (or two) of the sauce while you prep veggies.

4.) Prepare veggies to your liking. My favorites include a combination of cabbage, peas, shredded carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion.

5.) Airfry steak pieces at 400• F for 3-4 minutes. Flip pieces, then airfry again for another 3-4 minutes.

6.) While steak cooks, sauté veggies in a tiny bit of butter.

7.) Add cooked and drained fettuccine noodles to the veggies. Mix well. Add remaining sauce, mixing well enough to incorporate.

8.) Place pasta and veggies in a bowl. Top with steak and garnish as desired.

9.) Favorite garnishes include Yum-Yum sauce, extra chili crisp, sliced green onions, gochujang sauce.
