Macro Friendly Waffle Burgers

One of my favorite restaurants makes an amazing waffle burger, but it doesn’t always fit into my eating goals. So I made it fit!

For 497 calories and 56 grams of protein (depending on how you dress up your burger) this is the perfect guilt free treat for me.

You’ll need:

The leanest ground beef you can find (about 4.75 oz per burger)

Your favorite burger seasonings

Kodiak Pancake Mix

Protein powder

Fairlife Milk

1 egg and some egg whites

Bacon

Onions

Greek Yogurt

Ketchup

Mustard

Relish
