Avocado oil

1/4 cup of almond flour

2 tbsp of chia seeds

1/4 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup of pecans

1/4 cup of brown flaxseed meal

1/4 cup of unsweetened dried cranberries

1/4 cup of unsweetened dried blueberries

1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

3 tbsp of cinnamon

1/3 cup of brown sugar substitute @swervesweetie

1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter

Salt

Mix all ingredients well.

In a pan with avocado oil on medium heat, add all ingredients. Cook until golden brown around 10-15 minutes. Let cool on a pan lined with parchment paper.

This granola may turn dark due to the brown flaxseed meal.
