Leg Day My Fav day!!

I am by no means a pro at working out but these are the exercises I do that have helped tone my legs and grow my glutes!!!😅

When it comes to the hip thrust do 10 reps of hip thrust followed by 10 pulses and then finish with a hold til failure make sure you do all 4 sets to feel the burnnnn. This has honestly grown my glutes so much:)

Most importantly it is not just the workouts that help you grown your legs and glutes so make sure your getting to correct calories and protein needed to increase muscle!

I use the app my fitness pal to help track my protein and calorie intake!

Lastly make the workout your own mix and match different things that work for you 😄
