Asian style cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tbsp vegetable or avocado oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
3 green onions, sliced
Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
¼ tsp white pepper
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Steam or blanch the cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until it develops golden, slightly charred edges.
Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss continuously for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats every piece.
Stir in the green onions and cook for another 30 seconds.
Garnish with sesame seeds and extra sliced green onions if desired.
