My supper that took me less than 20 minutes to prepare and cook!

I have always cooked my steaks on a grill or a smoker. I was surfing around Pinterest and read where people were trying steaks in their Ninja Crispi! I decided to try asparagus along with my steak. I started out by putting washed and cut asparagus in the bottom. Drizzled with olive oil and my favorite Kinders all purpose seasoning. Then I put the steak on the divider plate and seasoned both sides with White Lightening double garlic butter. Put the top on set it to air fry for 19 minutes but I ended up taking it off after only 17 minutes and my steak was perfectly at medium rare just the way I like it. The asparagus was soft with just a tiny bit of firmness. The steak drippings also added lots of flavor to my asparagus! All in one pot. Easy peasy clean up! #ninja #kindersseasoning #steak #easymeals #weekend

I’ve started experimenting with this method after seeing others rave about it on Pinterest and can confirm that it delivers consistently delicious results. Using the air fry mode, I place fresh asparagus pieces lightly coated with olive oil and my favorite Kinders all-purpose seasoning at the bottom of the basket. This creates a perfectly tender texture with just a slight crisp that contrasts nicely with the juicy steak on top. Seasoning the steak with White Lightning’s double garlic butter gives it an extra savory dimension that complements the natural beef flavor exceptionally well. Timing is crucial. I found that 17 minutes was just right to achieve a medium-rare doneness for a ribeye steak roughly 1.25 pounds in weight. The steak drippings naturally baste the asparagus beneath, infusing it with additional richness and aroma. Cleanup is minimal since the cooking happens in one container, making it ideal for busy weeknights or casual weekend dinners. To personalize the dish, you can swap asparagus for other quick-cooking vegetables like green beans or Brussels sprouts. Be mindful of the seasoning—Kinders’ all-purpose rub and White Lightning’s garlic butter brand add unique smoky and buttery notes but feel free to adjust spices to your taste. I highly recommend giving this method a try if you have an air fryer available. It not only saves time but also enhances flavors by cooking meat and veggies simultaneously. Plus, this one-pot meal cuts down on kitchen mess and leaves you more time to enjoy your dinner!
