Flat stomach

Are you tired of eating one thing and being bloated for the entire day?!? Only seeing your real body first thing in the morning when you’re “morning skinny”

I was too, here’s how I fixed it ⬇️

🫶🏼1. Incorporate more PROBIOTICS in your everyday diet! For me personally, I love probiotic yogurt. I start my day off with 2 tbs of coconut cult, and I eat a yogurt bowl for breakfast :) (kombucha is also a good probiotic)

🫧2. Cut back on SUGAR! Try to have as little sugar as possible, really pay attention to the nutrition facts on the foods you buy and compare products to see which one has a less amount of sugar. If you’re in America, like me, EVERYTHING has sugar 😭 so just be mindful of it

🍯3. Piggy backing off of my last point, the average amount of sugar a day for women to have is 25 grams. So try to stay within that amount. Also, replace fake sugar (candy, soda, etc.) with real sugar (fruit, honey, agave.)

💕4. Fix your DIGESTIVE SYSTEM! You will never have a flat stomach all throughout the day if you have poor digestive health. I fixed mine by drinking 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8oz of water for 2 weeks straight. (Now I just maintain it, 2-3 days a week.)

✨5. CARDIO EVERYDAY! Incline walking is the best for burning fat and shedding fat QUICK

Bloating often results from poor digestion or the buildup of gas caused by certain foods or imbalances in gut bacteria. Incorporating probiotics daily, as mentioned, helps replenish your gut flora, which is crucial for healthy digestion and preventing bloating. Yogurt with live cultures and fermented drinks like kombucha introduce beneficial bacteria that promote digestive balance. Cutting back on sugar is another powerful step. Excess sugar, especially from processed foods and sodas, can feed harmful gut bacteria and lead to inflammation, which contributes to bloating and weight gain. Opting for natural sugars from honey, fruits, or agave supports your body without upsetting gut health. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has long been used as a natural remedy to improve digestion. Its acidity helps increase stomach acid production, aiding the breakdown of food and supporting nutrient absorption. Drinking 2 tablespoons of ACV diluted in water before meals for a couple of weeks can relieve digestive discomfort and reduce bloating. Just be sure to rinse your mouth afterward to protect tooth enamel. In addition to dietary changes, daily cardiovascular exercise such as incline walking helps your body burn fat and reduces water retention, which plays a role in the appearance of belly bloat. Moving regularly stimulates your digestive system and promotes overall wellness. Remember, consistency is key when trying to achieve and maintain a flat stomach. Combining probiotics, mindful sugar consumption, digestive aids like apple cider vinegar, and daily cardio creates a holistic approach that supports your body's natural ability to regulate bloating and maintain a slim midsection. These practical hacks not only improve your physical appearance but also enhance your overall digestive health and energy levels throughout the day.

if you don't like the taste of apple cider vinegar, just use lemon slices or lemon juice instead, it does the same thing just tastes better!

y'all you have to make sure you water it down like she said cause if you don't it's so acidic you could harm your stomach lining
