Mid-morning, I opt for a half banana paired with almond or peanut butter for a touch of natural sweetness and sustained energy, complemented by green tea that aids digestion and reduces bloating. For lunch, I enjoy grilled chicken served on a bed of greens, such as arugula, cucumber, and avocado, which are high in both protein and fiber. A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before my meal further supports digestive health. During the afternoon, I treat myself to a light yet gut-friendly snack, consisting of Greek yogurt topped with strawberries and blueberries. The banana almond smoothie also makes a great option, being easy on the stomach while providing natural sweetness. Dinner is kept clean and nourishing with salmon accompanied by steamed zucchini or broccoli.
