Ib of Italian Sausage with any other pizza toppings you like. Once the meat is cooked, stir in 1/2 cup of pizza sauce. (I used a 14 oz jar). Season with 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Use 8 flour tortillas and spoon 1/8 of the meat mixture into each one, along with some mozzarella cheese. I used 8 oz of cheese for the filling. Roll each one tightly and place into a greased 9x13 baking dish seam side down. Top with the rest of the pizza sauce. Then top with 8 more oz of freshly shredded mozzarella, a 5 oz bag of mini pepperonis and another tsp of Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Dipping sauce Ranch 😋Enjoy
