A Classic Copycat Recipe that's Super Easy!

This copycat classic is easy and tastier using items you have in your pantry.

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups fine bread crumbs (I blitzed mine in my NutraBullet)

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp poultry seasoning

1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tsp celery salt

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

2 Tbsp dried parsley, crushed

* Mix ingredients well in a bowl. Store in an airtight container, in the freezer. Makes 1 pint jar

*To use:

Preheat oven to 425F.

Add mixture to a Ziploc bag. Add 3-1/4 Tbsp olive oil to the mix. Massage until worked through.

Moisten chops and place in the bag with crumbs. Shake to completely coat and place on a foil lined, sprayed baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes (internal temp for chops 145°F, and chicken breasts 165°F)

Remove to a wire rack. Rest for 3-5 minutes to cool and the crust to remain crispy. Enjoy!
