Fresh shrimp (back cut, black line removed) 10
Lemongrass 1 tree
4-headed alley shallots
3 alley bergamot leaves
1 alley red pepper
4 thin alley peppers
1 ½ teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon beep sugar
1 tablespoon sintered chili sauce
Peppermint Cool Leaves / Basil for Decoration
How to do
1. Scald the fresh shrimp in boiling water until cooked, then put it on hold.
* * * Don't scald too long because it will make the shrimp hard.
2. Mix the yum juice by bringing fish sauce, lemon juice, peep sugar and burnt chili sauce. Pour into a mixing bowl. Stir well.
3. Put ripe scalding shrimp, lemongrass, alley shallots, alley bergamot leaves and alley peppers into a bowl of yum. Mix well.
4. Scoop up the serving plate, sprinkle with peppermint leaves, decorate with alley red pepper, ready to eat.
