• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 ¾ cups (420ml) buttermilk (cold)
• ½ cup (1 stick/115g) unsalted butter (melted)
Detailed Steps: place in square pan and spread over evenly. I used a pie pan and it worked fine.
