Every problem is training us.
I used to think
If one day we get better, more experienced or earn more,
Life should be easier.
But as long as I lived, I found
Life doesn't get any easier.
The problem is still the same.
There's something new coming in.
Some days there is only one thing to solve.
Some days come in at the same time, 3-4 stories.
And some days, maybe as many as 10 stories.
Before, if there were a lot of problems at the same time, I would get frustrated.
In the head will think
"What the fuck is today?"
But these days, that idea has changed.
When there was a problem, I just thought to myself,
"Well, it's hard today."
I began to understand that living is a solution.
And the problems that come in are not meant to hurt us.
It is training us
Every problem that comes through is teaching us to calm down, be more patient and deal better with difficult things.
Growth may not be measured by how well we solve problems.
But measured by how calm we are dealing with problems,
I can't solve everything today.
Some things take time.
Some things need help.
And some things have to admit they can't control it.
But one of the things I do better is manage my emotions.
Every time it feels like the emotions are getting stagnant,
I'll stop everything.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Take a long breath.
Just five times.
I can't believe that just makes everything lighter.
The problem didn't go away.
But our hearts are still enough to go back and handle it better.
And finally, I learned that
Life doesn't get any easier.
We just calm down.
And to be honest,
These days, the problem doesn't get any easier.
It's actually even harder.
In the past, many things only took effort and patience passed.
But as we grow older, the problems become more complicated.
Some things about people.
Some things about relationships.
Some about teams, work, money and responsibility.
It's not a straight-up overriding problem like before.
We don't just need diligence.
But it takes more understanding, experience and consciousness to cope.
In the end, what helps us the most may not be trying harder.
But to be calm enough to see the problem clearly before you solve it.
