My first time cooking fennel… and I’m obsessed. 🌿

Today I tried something new: fennel with zucchini noodles, sautéed lightly in olive oil.

Fennel surprised me. When it cooks, it becomes slightly sweet, aromatic, and very comforting.

This simple dish includes:

• fennel

• zucchini noodles

• olive oil

• black pepper

Tomorrow I’m trying it again with garlic, onion, and turmeric.

Bonus: fennel has traditionally been used to support digestion and reduce bloating.

Sometimes the simplest ingredients create the most beautiful meals.
