To begin, IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF TODAY. I have been feeling exhausted lately and not wanting to show up for myself. I’ve been pushing through, but yesterday I had a bad day of eating and meeting my goals. It’s so hard to pick yourself back up when you have a bad day, but I forced myself to this morning. I planned on going to the gym and walking on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes, but I pushed myself! I made it a whole hour on an incline!! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come🫶🏼
