At Home Ab & Core Workout
🖤MY ROUTINE🖤
🖤 This is dumbbell and bodyweight but can easily be just bodyweight only.
🖤 Dumbbell & bodyweight- 3-4 sets 10-15 reps OR each exercise performed one time only for 40 seconds 10-15 second rest in between.
🖤Bodyweight only: 3-4 sets until failure OR each exercise performed once for 45 seconds with 5-10 second rest in between. (No weights, I try to push myself a little more to failure.)
🖤 For a really quick burn: No rest- exercises performed for 40-45 seconds, only resting when at failure.
🖤MOST IMPORTANTLY: listen to your body. What works for one, may not work for another. One may need heavier weights, the other lighter. We all progress differently-do not compare your progress to someone else's. If you're not where you want to be...stay motivated not discouraged. 💪🏻

At-home workouts have gained immense popularity as people seek effective ways to stay fit without needing a gym membership. A well-structured ab and core routine can strengthen your core muscles, improving overall stability and posture. Key aspects include focusing on different muscle groups, incorporating variations of plank holds, and utilizing exercises like crunches and leg raises. Incorporating dumbbells adds resistance, which can further enhance your strength training, while bodyweight exercises can build endurance and flexibility. It's essential to vary your routine regularly to keep challenging your muscles and prevent plateaus. For optimal results, consider integrating short, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that elevate your heart rate and improve cardiovascular health as you sculpt your midsection. Remember, rest is crucial in any workout program. Allow your muscles time to recover between sessions to maximize gains. Nutrition also plays a significant role in supporting your fitness journey. Aim for a balanced diet rich in proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains to fuel your workouts and recovery. Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and adapt your routine as needed to meet your fitness goals!

Looks like it’s also a great routine for helping get some extra mobility in your hips and lower back … do you think so ?
