10-12 pickling cucumbers

Brine- bring to bowl make sure salt and sugar dissolve let sit to room temperature and then add to jars or jar

4 cups water

2 cups white vinegar

2 tablespoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon sugar

Layer your cucumbers with the following below

big bunch of dill thick stems removed- I didn’t have fresh so I used dry( not sure out it will turn out)

1 head of garlic skins removed, cloves smashed

(less if its a strong garlic)

peppercorn kernals- I added with my heart

I ended up doubling the recipe and then put in the fridge and let soak for 48hrs and enjoy
