You can use whatever cream/milk you like. If you use almond or soy or oat, I'd make sure you don't use any flavored or sweetened. And I also used about 2 cups of vegetable broth and one can of crushed tomatoes when I blended it.

I LOVE all kinds of tomato soup. So I guess you just roast the veggies and then put them in a blender? What do you use as a liquid?? I wouldn’t want to use any heavy cream bc that’s so fattening. So what do you use? I would like to try making this soup.
