75 Soft Challenge
DAY 1: 75 SOFT 📖✨
I managed to meet all my goals today, including two of my most difficult—healthy eating and 45 mins of exercise.
I woke up at 5:30 this morning to get in 30 minutes on the elliptical and a shower before my husband left for work and my daughter woke up for school, then snuck in another 20 minutes walking the dog on lunch. Working a full time job from home has a lot of perks that I’d like to use more wisely, like the ability to sneak out for a walk on lunch most days.
The downside of a WFH job is the constant access to food. I’m a big snacker throughout the day, but tried to make more filling meals and healthier snacks to stick my slow weight loss calorie goal.
I’m off to write for 20 minutes, and am feeling hopeful for the rest of the week ahead!✨
