SunDried Tomato, Prosciutto, and Arugula Flatbread

1 piece lavash bread or flatbread

2 t EVOO

1/3 c whole milk ricotta

2 oz prosciutto, torn into smaller pieces

1 1/2 c arugula

1/4 c sun-dried tomatoes, no oil

1 1/2 t honey

1/4 t Maldon sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 425° in line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Once the oven is preheated place the lavish bread onto the prepared pan and drizzle the EVOO on top. Spread the ricotta in an even, thin layer, then bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until the edges of the lavash are slightly browned.

3. Remove from the oven and top with prosciutto, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, honey, and Maldon sea salt.

4. Slice into eight pieces and serve immediately.
