Do It Yourself! Teaching to Make 'Craft Cola' Recipes Made Easy in Your Kitchen
Making your own cola at home, also called "Craft Cola," is a very fun and interesting activity! Generally speaking, it is first "Cola Syrup" and then mixed with soda for feisty purposes.
This is a recipe for making cola pedigree that uses easily available herbal and spice raw materials, to achieve a unique smell and taste.
🍋 Craft Cola Syrup
Raw materials:
Water: 500 milliliters (for boiling)
Lemon Finish: From 5-6 Lemon (Juicer Keep It First)
Mandarin Orange / Orange Skin: From 1 Orange
Bergamot / Bergamot Leaf Skin: Skin from 1 Ball or 4 Fresh Leaves
Lemongrass stalks: 2-3 stalks (slightly dented)
Cinnamon (Cinnamon Stick): 1-2 Sticks
Chann Ball (Nutmeg): Minor (May be used with 2 g powder)
Coriander Seed: 1-2 teaspoons
Sugar:
Cane sugar / granulated sugar: 100 grams
Coconut Sugar / Beep Sugar: 100 grams
Stone sugar / brown sugar: 100 grams
(You can modify the type and total sugar content to about 300 grams as you like).
Squeezing Lemonade: From 5-6 Lemons (Prepared Squeezer)
Equipment:
A pot for boiling.
Tea Filter Bag Or Thin White Fabric For Filter
🛠️ How to make cola
Prepare raw materials and roast spices:
Squeezing lemonade, keep it separate first, just lime peel (with no meat attached), orange skin, and bergamot skin / bergamot leaves.
Bring lemongrass stalks, cinnamon, sandalwood, and coriander balls to roast in the pan to heat and smell. Be careful not to burn.
Bring the roasted spices and put them in a tea filter bag or wrap them in a thin white cloth.
Boil:
Bring lemon peel, orange skin, bergamot skin / bergamot leaves, and prepared spice bags. Put them in a pot.
Add 500 milliliters of water.
Boil with a mild fire for 15-20 minutes to bring out the smell and taste of the spices.
Seasoning and resting:
Add all 3 kinds of sugar (300 grams total) to the pot. Poor, the sugar melts well.
Once the sugar has melted, add the squeezed lemon juice and put out the fire immediately.
Filter and store:
Bring the acquired mixture, filter with a thin white cloth or a frequent eye colander.
Wait to cool and then put in a glass bottle with a lid and soak it in the fridge (cola pedigree can be stored for about 2 weeks).
🍹 How to mix and serve
To drink:
Scoop, cola pedigree, about 1 / 4 - 1 / 3 of a glass (adjusted according to the favorite sweetness)
Refill the ice
Fill the glass with soda water or sparkling water.
