✅ 2 cups all-purpose flour

✅ 1/3 cup granulated sugar

✅ 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

✅ 2 teaspoons baking powder

✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt

✅ 1/2 cup frozen unsalted butter

✅ 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

✅ 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

✅ 1 large egg

✅ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

✅ 1 heaping cup fresh raspberries

✨ Glaze:

✅ 1 cup powdered sugar

✅ 1–2 Tablespoons milk

📋 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F & line a baking sheet with parchment.

2️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & salt.

3️⃣ Grate in frozen butter & cut into the flour.

4️⃣ Whisk yogurt, cream, egg & vanilla in a separate bowl.

5️⃣ Add wet mixture & raspberries to dry ingredients, fold gently.

6️⃣ Shape into an 8-inch circle, cut into 8 wedges.

7️⃣ Bake 16–18 min until golden. Cool slightly.
