Cooking a full buffet-style breakfast in under 4 m

Recipe:

1. Pork Chops

• Clean bone-in pork chops and pat dry.

• Rub with olive oil.

• Season with: salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, and thyme.

• Let sit 20–30 minutes at room temp.

2. Bacon & Sausage

• Start cooking bacon and sausage.

• If you don’t know how to cook bacon and sausage, I will come through the phone and slap you.

• Save all the bacon grease.

3. Grill Pork Chops

• Heat cast iron skillet to medium-high.

• Cook pork chops on each side until nicely seared. Internal temp should hit 145°F.

• Add rosemary, thyme, garlic herb butter, and some of that saved bacon grease while cooking.

4. Pancakes

• Dry bowl:

• 1 ½ cups flour

• 3 ½ tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp salt

• Sugar to taste

• Wet bowl:

• ¼ cup milk

• 1 egg

• Melted butter (3 tbsp is a good starting point — the more butter, the more moist)

• 1 tbsp vanilla flavor

• Combine wet and dry ingredients.

• Adjust texture with more milk or flour as needed.

• Cook in a pan with butter and a splash of bacon grease for crispy edges.

• If you don’t know how to cook pancakes, I will still come through the phone and slap you.

5. Waffle House-Style Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

• Crack eggs in a bowl.

• Add heavy whipping cream.

• Season with everything in the video (including onion powder).

• Whisk thoroughly.

• Heat butter in a nonstick pan.

• Pour eggs in and stir continuously.

• When 90% set, add cheese.

• Switch to a cast-iron skillet and let sit to brown slightly.

• Flip and fold until soft and creamy on the inside.

• Top with microgreens for garnish.
