Servings: 1

Ingredient 1: 11 oz pure young coconut water

Ingredient 2: 1/4 slice of regular sized lemon

Ingredient 3: 2 tsp of chia seeds

Ingredient 4: 2-3 sliced strawberries

Detailed Steps: Add ice to your glass half way, add strawberries, chia seeds and coconut water. Stir it together and squeeze lemon juice and throw the lemon slice into the drink. Stir it all together and enjoy.
