Raw Materials

* Chicken breast / chicken calf 1-2 pcs

* Yellow noodles (blanched + fried a little crispy on the garnish)

* 1 box of coconut milk

* 2 tablespoons alley rice curry chili

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce

* 1 teaspoon of beep sugar

* A little curry powder (added fragrance)

* Water

How to do

1. Stir the chili curry and coconut milk to break it. Very fragrant is the right way.

2. Add the chicken to sauté enough to cook.

3. Add the remaining coconut milk + a little water. Simmer for 20 minutes.

4. Seasoned with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, taste mellow.

5. Scald the line, put the bowl, pour the alley water + chicken into it.

6. Sprinkle crispy fried strands + side vegetables (shallots, lemons, lettuce)
