1 lb strawberries

2 cups monkfruit

2 tbsp blood orange juice (or lemon, I didn’t have any lemons on hand so I used the only other citrus fruit I had - blood oranges. You can honestly use whatever citrus you’d like it doesn’t affect the flavor)

For the dough

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, cold and cubed

1/2 cup ice water

1 egg + splash of water

for the icing

1 cup powdered monkfruit

1 tbsp whole milk

Watkins dye free food coloring

Trader Joe’s dye free sprinkles
