Finally harvested elephant garlic from Beacon's Garden and learned SO much from my first attempt! Here's everything you need to know:

✓ 📍 Keep bulb whole

📍 Slice off top 1/4 inch to expose cloves

📍 Leave root end intact

📍 Peel loose papery layers only

📍 Place cut-side up on foil

📍 Drizzle with olive oil

📍 Season with salt & pepper

📍 Wrap completely in foil

📍 Air fry: 400°F for 15 minutes
