CheesycGarlic Roasted Asparagus 🧀

Ingredients:

1 pound asparagus spears, woody ends removed

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced (or 4 cloves, minced)

3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper

1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread the asparagus evenly across the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the asparagus and toss to coat.

Roast for 10-15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and bright green.

Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the asparagus.

Return to the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden-brown finish.

Adjust seasoning if needed, then serve immediately.
