90 days of no processed sugar

Hello my Lemon8 mom- friends , I will be cutting processed sugar for the next 90 days . The goal is to take a break from sugar consumption & watch my protein and fiber intake.

This post is one realistic ~ what I eat a day while breastfeeding and not counting calories. Also the food pictures are NOT AESTHETIC because I have no time for that ( sorry but my baby needs me non stop so if I get a quick picture I’m lucky 😆)

I did this as a challenge few years ago to cut on sugar and I had such a hard time for not being able to eat my favorite chocolate or sweet dessert. But I LOVE to challenge myself, my body & mind once a year with something different so I’m going to also make sure I eat more fiber this is my first attempt at counting fiber throughout the day. In my first year getting hooked on fitness/nutrition I counted macros for about 8-10 months and I learned a lot about protein/carbs/fats and calories BUT it’s very time consuming and for me it worked because I was at home with my first daughter but when I went back to work I couldn’t keep up with all of this , but still I learned a lot about food portions which helped me throughout the years to have that knowledge!

If you are interested in this type of content follow along because I’m planning on documenting this whole journey on this app ( so I’ll try to post my REALISTIC meals that I eat , snacks, quick meals & on a budget for my Sahm!! and also my workouts )
