On Fridays, when your brain’s already halfway into the weekend and focus is hard to come by, the Pomodoro Technique is a productivity hack.

🍅 Short bursts of effort feel doable—even when motivation is low.

🧠 Built-in breaks give your mind permission to rest without guilt.

✅ Visible progress from each Pomodoro helps you finish strong, not just coast.

Pomodoro Technique Essentials:

- Work in short bursts: Set a timer for 25 minutes of focused work—this is one “Pomodoro.”

- Take a short break: After each Pomodoro, take a 5-minute break to reset your mind.

- Repeat the cycle: After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes) to recharge.

- Protect your focus: Treat each Pomodoro as sacred—no multitasking, no distractions.

- Break tasks into chunks: If a task takes more than 5–7 Pomodoros, split it into smaller, actionable parts.

- Gamify your progress: Use visual trackers or reward systems to stay motivated.
