Snickerdoodle Blondies 🍁

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

11/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/3 tsp ground nutmeg

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a 8x11 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, add the melted butter and sugars. Whisk until smooth and shiny

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk

4. Add all the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold the ingredients into the wet mixture until no stream of flour remain. Do not over mix!

5. In a small bowl, add the sugar and cinnamon and give it a good mix.

6. Gently pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula or a regular spatula.

7. Sprinkle to cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the blondie batter.

8. Using a knife, toothpick, chopstick, gently swirl it into the surface

9. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.

10. Allow the blondies to completely cool in the pan before slicing. Enjoy
