Snickerdoodle bars!
¾ cup of fully melted unsalted butter
¾ cup of packed brown sugar
1 cup of granulated sugars
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
½ teaspoon of fine salt
Topping:
¼ cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Combine butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar) and mix well. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Evenly spread batter into baking dish and top with combined topping to desire. Bake at 350 for 27 mins and let cool.
