The idea of 'eating salad every day' might sound daunting or even boring, but trust me, it doesn't have to be. The key is variety and making them delicious. I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
